Positively Impacting the World!

Dr. Simone continues to impact individuals and communities, both locally and internationally, with her Push Past 10 Movement, via group and individual coaching, presentations, and live and virtual interviews. 

She is also committed to pursuing other impactful goals through collaboration and partnerships with local and international NGOs, churches, and other community organizations. 

Giving back to the Caribbean: As a daughter of the Caribbean, Dr. Simone believes that it is important to give back to your country of birth. For Decades the Caribbean Region has been plagued with the relentless brain drain syndrome of experts migrating to other territories to pursue educational advancement and financial opportunities. This has resulted in a depletion of the much needed Human Resources which are required to develop and advance the Caribbean.   

Now, more than ever, the region faces many challenges, which can seem insurmountable; from the increasing number of devasting hurricanes which continue to decimate the region, to the continuing impact of supply chain obstacles from worldwide instability. Other common challenges such as integrating the knowledge industry, and addressing noncommunicable diseases, calls for the need for worldwide experts to facilitate the development of the Caribbean.  

As technology and other industries continue to emerge and evolve, there are increasingly more opportunities to engage with, and to leverage the expertise of people worldwide, to reverse this brain drain. Just as important, technology and other emerging industries can now facilitate the ability to build relationship capital with worldwide businesses, organizations and individuals who are interested in investing in the tremendous potential of the Caribbean.  

 
It was for these reasons that she reconceptualized the roles of radio and social media as conduits to positively impact the Caribbean. This is also the guiding principle for her work to create strategic partnerships and networks of businesses, organizations and individuals who share the vision of the immense and limitless potential the Caribbean.

Other Initiatives

Dr. Simone continues to expand her worldwide reach. She was recently contacted by the  Vice-President and Program Director of the Hope Academic Centre Foundation (The Gambia, Africa). The intention of this collaborative effort is  to find a way of creating a working Partnership (by pursuing concrete objectives and goals) that gives birth to a greater result to improve the livelihood of  people in The Gambia and elsewhere at grassroots level.

She remains steadfast in her mission of  harnessing the power of technology, international radio, social media and emerging technologies, to leverage the skills and expertise of those who are interested in  advancing the lives of people around the world. She is excited for the journey, and she looks forward to additional partnerships to impact positive change.
