Push Past 10 is a movement for those of us who are looking to be more consistent with living a healthy lifestyle and achieving other life goals.
How does Push Past 10 work?
Example: most of us do not enjoy housework or yard work, and we may try to put it off for as long as possible. However, we often find that once we get started (especially if we turn on some music) we get powered up, and before we know it, we have worked for an hour or more. What we may not realize is we can use the same approach for other goals we are trying to achieve, where we may be struggling.
For example, getting healthy and staying healthy. If we prepare ourselves (because preparation is the key to success) and we say to ourselves, let me push past the first 10 minutes of being active, or preparing my meals, in the same way it creates the momentum to be able to accomplish what we are trying to accomplish every day.
